What does it say about graphics back in our hayday that random people can now do this kind of shit to them...
actually es un programa que se llama MUGEN and supposedly its not that hard to use...you can like manipulate ROM files and make characters from video games do weird shit AND actually play the game...like say...play Contra with Mario, or play Metroid con Link
