Legislators in Panama are the same kind of animal.
A Senator, however, wields a real power.
Bear in mind, they are REPRESENTATIVE of the local populace that elected them. We can assume, with exceedingly reasonable confidence, that there many, many more like her. They too wield power, the power of mass ignorance.
