In the Spirit of Assholeness

I've met an a-hole or two in my time, including the one I see in the mirror, but few of them have managed to score a perfect 10/10 stars of pure assholeness.

The creators of this display may or may not deserve the whole 10 stars, but if they don't, they come pretty close.
