You're wrong... you're DED wrong! (the sequel)

Back by popular (Poti's) demand:

Chuck Norris doesn't play God. Playing is for children.

For Chuck Norris, every street is "one way." His way.

Chuck Norris has to use a stunt double when he does crying scenes.

There is no Control button on Chuck Norris' computer. Chuck Norris is always in control.

Chuck Norris make onions cry.

If at first you don't succeed, you're not Chuck Norris.

Behind every successful man, there is a woman. Behind every dead man, there is Chuck Norris.

Chuck Norris destroyed the periodic table, because Chuck Norris only recognizes the element of surprise.

Chuck Norris does not play the lottery. It doesn't have nearly enough balls.

Chuck Norris doesn't read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants.

Everybody loves Raymond. Except Chuck Norris.

When chuck Norris does division, there are no remainders.

Chuck Norris never wet his bed as a child. The bed wet itself out of fear.

When Chuck Norris talks, everybody listens. And dies.

The quickest way to a man's heart is with Chuck Norris' fist.

Chuck Norris doesn't throw up if he drinks too much. Chuck Norris throws down! Nigga.

It takes Chuck Norris 20 minutes to watch 60 Minutes.

Some people wear Superman pajamas. Superman wears Chuck Norris pajamas.

Time waits for no man. Unless that man is Chuck Norris.

No estoy jodiendo.

Y me alegro.

That's ma Dog

I used to hate her fucking guts, but now I'm starting the Ann Coulter fanclub. Who's coming with me maaaaaaan?!

OPINION
Ann Coulter (Formerly known as Evilyn D. Biatch)

WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE YOUR FLIGHT MORE UNCOMFORTABLE?

Wed Nov 22, 8:04 PM ET

Six imams removed from a US Airways flight from Minneapolis to Phoenix are calling on Muslims to boycott the airline. If only we could get Muslims to boycott all airlines, we could dispense with airport security altogether.

Witnesses said the imams stood to do their evening prayers in the terminal before boarding, chanting "Allah, Allah, Allah" – coincidentally, the last words heard by hundreds of airline passengers on 9-11 before they died.

Witnesses also said that the imams were talking about Saddam Hussein, and denouncing America and the war in Iraq. About the only scary preflight ritual the imams didn't perform was the signing of last wills and testaments.

After boarding, the imams did not sit together, and some asked for seat belt extensions, although none were morbidly obese. Three of the men had one-way tickets and no checked baggage.

Also, they were Muslims.

The idea that a Muslim boycott against US Airways would hurt the airline proves that Arabs are utterly tone-deaf. This is roughly the equivalent of Cindy Sheehan taking a vow of silence. How can we hope to deal with people with no sense of irony? The next thing you know, New York City cab drivers will be threatening to bathe.

Come to think of it, the whole affair may have been a madcap advertising scheme cooked up by US Airways.

It worked with me. US Airways is my official airline now. Northwest, which eventually flew the Allah-spouting Muslims to their destinations, is off my list. You want to really hurt a U.S. air carrier's business? Have Muslims announce that it's their favorite airline.

The clerics had been attending an imam conference in Minneapolis (imam conference slogan: "What Happens in Minneapolis – Actually, Nothing Happened in Minneapolis"). But instead of investigating the conference, the government is now investigating my favorite airline.

What threat could Muslims flying from Minnesota to Arizona be?

Three of the 19 hijackers on 9-11 received their flight training in Arizona. Long before the attacks, an FBI agent in Phoenix found it curious that so many Arabs were enrolled in flight school. But the FBI rebuffed his request for an investigation on the grounds that his suspicions were based on the same invidious racial profiling that has brought US Airways under investigation and into my good graces.

Lynne Stewart's client, the Blind Sheik, Omar Abdel-Rahman, is serving life in prison in a maximum-security lock-up in Minnesota. One of the six imams removed from the US Airways plane was blind, so Lynne Stewart was the one missing clue that would have sent all the passengers screaming from the plane.

Wholly apart from the issue of terrorism, don't we have a seller's market for new immigrants? How does a blind Muslim get to the top of the visa list? Is there a shortage of blind, fanatical clerics in this country that I haven't noticed? Couldn't we get some Burmese with leprosy instead? A 4-year-old could do a better job choosing visa applicants than the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

One of the stunt-imams in US Airways' advertising scheme, Omar Shahin, complained about being removed from the plane, saying: "Six scholars in handcuffs. It's terrible."

Yes, especially when there was a whole conference of them! Six out of 150 is called "poor law enforcement." How did the other 144 "scholars" get off so easy?

Shahin's own "scholarship" consisted of continuing to deny Muslims were behind 9-11 nearly two months after the attacks. On Nov. 4, 2001, The Arizona Republic cited Shahin's "skepticism that Muslims or bin Laden carried out attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon." Shahin complained that the government was "focusing on the Arabs, the Muslims. And all the evidence shows that the Muslims are not involved in this terrorist act."

In case your memory of that time is hazy, within three days of the attack, the Justice Department had released the names of all 19 hijackers – names like Majed Moqed, Ahmed Alghamdi, Mohand Alshehri, Ahmed Ibrahim A. Al Haznawi and Ahmed Alnami. The government had excluded all but 19 passengers as possible hijackers based on extensive interviews with friends and family of nearly every passenger on all four flights. Some of the hijackers' seat numbers had been called in by flight attendants on the planes.

By early October, bin Laden had produced a videotape claiming credit for the attacks. And by Nov. 4, 2001, the New York Times had run well over 100 articles on the connections between bin Laden and the hijackers – even more detailed and sinister than the Times' flowcharts on neoconservatives!

Also, if I remember correctly, al-Qaida had taken out full-page ads in Variety and the Hollywood Reporter thanking their agents for the attacks.

But now, on the eve of the busiest travel day in America, these "scholars" have ginned up America's PC victim machinery to intimidate airlines and passengers from noticing six imams chanting "Allah" before boarding a commercial jet.

First it's evolution. Then comes plate tectonics and the Big-Bang. Then comes Athiesm. Then comes self-loathing and misanthropy, which leads to elitism and superiority complexes. The resulting social ostracization leads to homoeroticism and other perversions. The insatiable demand for money to fund extravagances coupled with the sloth that accompanies the welfare check creates a visceral hatred of capitalism. Finally, the abuser is no longer able to feel for his country and multiculturalism takes over. The transformation is complete.

The proper way to post YouTube stuff...

This way you dont have to copy no link, and you dont got to open no damn new browser window, and you dont got to switch back to the Cooler if you wanna post a comment after watching the video... You copy the text that appears in the youtube video of your preference, that would be the box circled in red in the picture to the right, la que dice "Embed"...cuando le das click it selects everything automatically, asi que la copias y ya...and then you copy it into your post that you be drafting...once you publish it saldra like it appears below. (Important: cuando copias el texto de Embed y lo vas a poner en el entry editor de Blogger you need to be in the 'Edit HTML' mode para que se copie bien...if you wanna center it and shit, then you switch back to 'Compose') - DONT FORGET TO READ THE ENTRY - BELOW, THANK YOU - This video is from da Rat's earlier post...

....I couldn't think of a title....

So...i guess most of you have noticed the slide show thing on the left hand column of the blog...i thought it'd be cool to do it and at least three of you thought it was cool too (pa que no digan cuecadas de que I am a power hungry bitch)...so there it will stay...now...being in Europe I have a shortage of images, asi que si quieren fotos pasenlas pa'ca y yo las pongo alli...that way we can have a pretty cool slide show (in other words: Poti, Manny...where are the pics???)

Poti suggested having music, and i think that would be interesting too...so I have been looking at some options and I think it is quite possible, having a music player on the page and composing a playlist that would be attractive to the general interest of our community, so let me know what you think about that...

Oh, and by the way...I took the losbollos.blogspot.com address just so that we prevent any smartass from taking it first...you never know with these things...

Truth rests in my grasp...

Fact 1: I paid damn 10 euros (thats the equivalent of 14 dollahs) to not see a band play.
Fact 2: The worst metal band ever was playing while I spoke to Montoya telling me his band was playing after the one previously mentioned.
Fact 3: I left to find a cab for my girl for 2o minutes since thats the amount of time i judged it would take Torche to play...only to return and find everyone gone and the bands taking their equipment home. The result, the only band that played was the worst metal band ever, and two other bands (the highlights of the gig) were there just for show.
Fact 4: it was Nishi's big mac
Fact 5: I ate only half, you ate the other half asi que no te hagas el awebao...
Fact 6: you owe 10 euros

Anybody who dares call the Rat a liar, will die from a lead spit bullet to the eyeball

Da Rat might be oftentimes a damn fool, but he ain't no fucking LIAR. Nor does he usually talk in the 3rd person.
So suck my Kock.

Anyway.

A couple quotes from Jonathan Davis: "Korn" popped in my head, and I'm like 'What about "Korn"?' ... and we're all like, 'Fuck yeah!'" .. "To me it kind of means that it doesn't matter what your band is called. Name or not, the music makes a name, you know... 'cause "Korn", that's a dumb name, but once a band gets established, then it makes a name cool. -- There are two other persistent rumors: 1- Korn means "Kiddy Porn" 2- a story that includes eating corn, a party, felching and diarrhea .. You can put the details together yourself since they're different every time someone tells the story anyway.

Various stories here. Half propagated by the band themselves: 1- singer Jonathan Davis was inspired by a twisted bit of urban folklore about a party where anglings and diarrhea result in some guy getting undigested corn in his mouth. 2- it stands for "kiddy porn." 3- it doesn't really mean anything and they liked the way "Toys R Us" reversed the R.
Origin of the name "KoRn". Apparently, the band got their name because they were trying to think of a name for the band, and Jonathon came up with KoRn because of a certain homosexual episode that he heard of. Jonathon heard about this and went around saying "corn" to everyone. They all thought it was pretty funny. So according to Jon, when they were thinking of a name for the band, Jonathon thought of "Corn", and they all just went Yeesss!!!.

I need a logo. Here are a pair of samples of what we have in Miami:

Those would work perfectly fine if we weren't operating under a slightly different name here, which is Miami Management Panamá, S.A.

So, I need a logo with the name we're using here. I don't know exactly how to go about it, but I figured since you're all artists and shit it wouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to do it--especially if you're all bored at work. So, yeah. Peace!

Molano Strikes Back

The Latin American Adviser

Panama: A Bubble Waiting to Burst

Panama is booming. The economy is growing more than 6% y/y, with the
possibility of exceeding 7% this year. The construction sector is the main
engine of growth. Glimmering office towers and glamorous apartment blocs are
sprouting out the squalid shanty towns that sit along the Pacific coastline.
Property speculators are snatching up scores of newly built apartments.
Panama City's waterfront is starting to resemble the glittering skyline of
Hong Kong-with a flair of South Beach. The new facilities are being built
for the hundreds of new companies that are expected to arrive in Panama to
participate in the mega construction project and the new trade opportunities
that lie ahead. Indeed, many global companies are expressing interest in
Panama. Dubai Drydocks, for example, is studying the possibility of building
a new facility. DHL and Fedex are looking at Howard Airforce Base for their
new regional hub. Evergreen is looking at several multi-modal projects.
People are taking a closer look at Panama, but the construction sector may
have run ahead.

The housing boom hopes to attend the growing number of retiree's that are
relocating to Panama. Immigration applications were up 20% y/y this year,
and there are active marketing campaigns in Europe and North America to woo
senior citizens. Much of this optimism is based on basic assumptions. The
first assumption is that the referendum will pass. Recent polls show that
the "yes" vote is winning by a margin of 10 points. However, the margin is
starting to erode, and the government is in a panic. The second assumption
is that the private sector will provide the multimodal facilities needed to
take advantage of the new locks. Rather than a new concrete ditch, Panama
needs a network of highways and railroads that will allow the
interconnection of its ports, airports and waterways. The private sector is
moving in the right direction. However, the Panamanian government must
provide the leadership, planning and incentives needed to coordinate a
well-orchestrated program. The government must provide the necessary
concessions and right of ways to assure inter-connection capabilities. The
third assumption is that Panama will find the skilled labor to provide the
variety services that could proliferate. Panama must be prepared to welcome
thousands of skilled workers from neighboring countries, principally
Colombia. It must also be prepared to assume the political fallout that will
occur when many Panamanians realize that they are being left behind. The
fourth, and last, assumption is that the government will find the resources
needed to modernize its infrastructure. Although the newly built towers are
beautiful, the roads are atrocious, the hospitals are inadequate, and the
pollution is rampant. The Hollywood adage, "If they build it, they will
come" may work in the movies. But, it rarely works in real life.

These assumptions have a very low chance of ever occurring. This means that
Panama may be in for a rude surprise. Unless a wave of foreigners arrive to
soak up the growing supply of new apartment and office blocks, there is
going to be a major correction in the Panamanian housing market. At $1,500
per square meter, 100 to 400 square meter homes are outside the reach of the
typical Panamanian household. This is the reason why the government is in a
'tiz. Any dissent to the "yes: vote is being silenced. The opposition is
being bought off-which ironically is leading to an expansion of the
opposition rolls as more people want to enjoy the payola. There are whispers
that a rejection of the initiative could spark an economic collapse.
However, a correction in the housing market is inevitable, given that most
of the assumptions will be impossible to achieve. Panama is a speculative
bubble waiting to burst, that is why the government is trying to keep all
sharp objects out of the way.

It's thursday....i aint got shit to do...

So...we have been in business for 7 months, since the year of our Lord 2006, March 14...it would interest you to know that we have been posting at the rate of about 1 post per day, which i would say is pretty damn good. Since I'm languishing at work right now I decided to pull out an Excel spredsheet and pretend like I was doing something...wanna know who is our most productive poster?

It's none other than that filthy Rat; leading all posters with 43, aunque manwell is pretty close with 35 and eddie's got 31...then follow kee-yan with 26 and Ditka's got 20. There are some who need to pick up and increase their flabby posting output. Those like myself (14), that one dude who wants to get slapped in the ass (13), and bennizzle who sits dead last with (9)

In other news:

  • I've been checking some of our visitors to the page, as far as I can check: we've got a couple from Canada and Russia, para que vean que no somos los unicos que vemos esta vaina...
  • Para los que no saben, Google compro a Blogger...so in the near future there will be a significant upgrade (anybody wanna design a logo??), being the main part that for you to access blogger you will either need to convert your existing blogger account to a google account (giving you access to the blogger, Gmail and other google things), or you can create a google account from scratch. Anyway, you dont need to do that now, pero para que sepan...

Bueno, peace out bitches!!

Well fuck you all, got to go fuck a bitch and fucking make her moan.

Are there any homosexuals in your comittee?

No gayyys?

1. "However, most of the value-added will be realized outside Panama. The new locks will be akin to the construction of a mega highway along the side of a small town. However, unless an exit ramp is built to allow the traffic to exit; the small town will wither and die. The same thing will to happen to Panama."

Ejemplo.

2. The discussion for a new set of locks is almost 50 years old. By the end of
the 1960s, the canal was becoming obsolete-with the construction of oil
supertankers and nuclear aircraft carriers. The expansion project was
studied in great detail. Ten years ago, the estimate for the project was $12
billion-with the possibility of reaching $15 billion. However, the canal
authorities are now saying that the project will not exceed $5.2 billion.

3. The Panamanian government claims that any additional debt will be assumed by
the canal administration. However, this is not true. Under the Panamanian
constitution, canal assets cannot be pledged. This means that no creditor
can lay claim to the canal or its future revenues. Therefore, any debt
assumed by the canal authorities will become an obligation of the Panamanian
government-a fact that has been emphasized by the credit rating agencies.

Bullshit. Vulgarly simpleminded bullshit.

4. Given that the government is already hemorrhaging with a debt ratio of
almost 80%, a fiscal deficit that is growing, and a project that is grossly
underestimated, Panama is headed for a bad case of buyer's remorse.

Según el mismo sitio, "A slump in the Colon Free Zone and agricultural exports, the global slowdown, and the withdrawal of US military forces held back economic growth in 2000-03; growth picked up in 2004 and 2005 led by export-oriented services and a construction boom stimulated by tax incentives."

5. The secret to Singapore's success lies within its labor force. The Singaporean government's decision to invest heavily in education during the 1960s, created the skilled workforce that
allowed it to provide a variety of value-added services in the 1980s and 1990s. Today, Singapore is the major distribution hub for South East Asia. It is a leader in financial, logistical and insurance services. It has one of the friendliest business environments in the world. Panama has one of the worst.

No voy ni a meterme a discutirle el comentario que "the main beneficiaries of the mega-project are [...] local construccion companies (that are also well represented within the canal board)", solo con establecer que eso es una estupidez y una falsedad.

Panama: Canal-Poor

With less than a month to go until the canal referendum, Panama is buzzing
with energy. The tropical air is charged with nationalism. Many Panamanians
are sporting green wristbands to show their solidarity with the "yes" vote.
Investment is surging, as companies and individuals position themselves for
the mega-project. Like a young couple strolling through a model home, there
is a sense of optimism that the new (and expensive) acquisition will allow
them to realize their dreams. However, the optimism turns into remorse when
they find themselves over-extended and house-poor. Unfortunately, Panama is
headed in the same direction.

Most Panamanians believe that the larger locks will catapult them into the
leagues of Singapore and Hong Kong. The project will be the panacea to the
country's pervasive poverty, low literacy and high unemployment rates.
However, few realize that the main beneficiaries of the expansion will be
the major ports along the Atlantic and the Caribbean. The development of
containerized transportation during the 1970s and 1980s, led to a remarkable
growth in the size of cargo ships. Maritime companies discovered that fuel
and operating costs did not increase linearly with ship displacement-a fact
that was also realized by the cruise industry. This led to the construction
of ever-larger freighters until they were too big to fit in the canal-thus
reducing the waterway's traffic. The mega-vessels were forced to discharge
their cargo at U.S. ports along the Pacific coast-providing a bonanza for
Long Beach, Portland, Seattle and San Diego. The expansion of the canal will
allow such ships to discharge their cargos on the other side of the
Americas, bringing them closer to the major markets along the East Coast and
providing a huge boost to Miami, Houston and New Orleans. However, most of
the value-added will be realized outside Panama. The new locks will be akin
to the construction of a mega highway along the side of a small town.
However, unless an exit ramp is built to allow the traffic to exit; the
small town will wither and die. The same thing will to happen to Panama.

Given that the government is already hemorrhaging with a debt ratio of
almost 80%, a fiscal deficit that is growing, and a project that is grossly
underestimated, Panama is headed for a bad case of buyer's remorse.

This is not to say that Panama should not take advantage of globalization.
However, it must focus its limited resources on maximizing the economic
benefits of its strategic location. The geographic proximity to a strategic
waterway is no guarantee for economic prosperity, just ask the people of
Port Said, Montevideo and Gibraltar. The secret to Singapore's success lies
within its labor force. The Singaporean government's decision to invest
heavily in education during the 1960s, created the skilled workforce that
allowed it to provide a variety of value-added services in the 1980s and
1990s. Today, Singapore is the major distribution hub for South East Asia.
It is a leader in financial, logistical and insurance services. It has one
of the friendliest business environments in the world. Panama has one of the
worst. In its most recent "Doing Business" report, the World Bank ranked
Panama 81st out of 175 countries. Therefore, how can Panama expect to
attract the value-added services that will cure its massive social ills? The
main beneficiaries of the mega-project are non-Panamanian ports and the
local construction companies (that are also well represented within the
canal board). In other words, the expanded waterway will leave Panama
house-poor and with a bad case of buyer's remorse.

We were to understand that there would be pie and punch?

No internet...

Anyway...I have been without ze internet for the past two months, even though I do have access at work it is hard to look at some things while you are supposed to be working...so you know...no downloading music or movies, no pornography (the worst part), no access to the blog, no talking to you fuckers, etc, etc...so after all this time...i still got nothing to say....

-what happened to lemmiwinks? pa' la pinga...??
-da Rat, that Shogun book was awesome, up until the end...the end was quite flabby...
-if you can, download the movie "Torrente", ask Yankee for a reference...I command you to do this right away. (by the way, there's 3, watch the first one)
-i meant to put a picture i had taken in Panama of Blue and Ferny here, but then i realized I am at work, and my computer is at home...so no picture
-yeah, its too bad about that Crocodile Hunter dude...sucks...
-"me cago en la puta madre que te pario", using the right tone, is probably the greatest curse of all time.
-however, "me cago en tus muertos" y "me cago en Dios" are probably a straight ticket to hell...
-if you are REALLLY bored at work, like I am right now...go to www.wikipedia.com and instruct yourself...

Yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Never have I felt so saddened about a celebrity in my life. I watch the tube days on and days off.
The world has lost a very nice man, and he deserves a small prayer of passion, for his spirit lives in all Animals he touched, especially reptiles.
So this new proposal is to set the record straight. I love the Ninja Turtles!I always wished that one day the Crocodile Hunter and I could of met Donatelo and Michaelangelo. I was talking to master splinter the other day and he told me. Erik(EARACHE) post a blog on Katia's Kooler and revie his spirit, for only you can bring back the spice on this kooler. He was right!
Look, for all you punks who dont care about the Turtle Power or the KAWABUNGA,,,You post something and keep me entertained or I will definately do something about this.
This is not an option.
Poti is slightly gay and Many is John Lenon cousin. Blue is a happy drunk and The Rat wishes he had the powers of Splinter. EL mena is a computer geek and Paton is lost in the sauce. Ferny is crazy and I cant wait to go back one day to the land of the free(PANAMA) and make it all good once again. Dont let me down Bollos, there is a spirit, just like the one in The Crocodile Hunter's.
LEt the games begin and just like I onced said " Were not here for a long time, but for a good time!"

Now Post gentlemen, time is running out!

We have much potential for creativeness, shamanic shants and rants and words overflowing and knowledge of nature and soil and the seven seas. we must escape the black-hole of uninventiveness that nurtures this society. Omniscient false understanding. A veces leo los comentarios de dealante.com y me dan ganas de llorar. todo es querer destruir y herir con malicia. people want to crawl under your skin and burrow little eggs of conformity. the bad thing is I see no escape for this society. a veces siento que you just have to run away from it like the plague. an army of MP's and Guiliana's (sorry Yankee, sorry Blue) running around with decapitated or self mutilated heads trying to pin you down and fuck you with their missing eye sockets. (Blue's voice here: "eeeey Manny...those girls are cuul man...duuude"). Lo peor del caso is the i dont think she expects it at all, pero weno, la man siempre tiene millones de typos in her letters and contracts, plus she brings in her brother to chill at the office de vez en cuando, and she talks way to much y no me deja concentrarme, so shes out. Never fired ayone before and i do feel bad for her, pero coño, she sux, what can i do.

Anyways Butterfest tonight in Buzz at 8pm. Im gonna be playing with Skraped Knees, for those of you in town, lleguen.
